I Mean....SERIOUSLY!??!?!

Have you ever seen a product and wondered..."Who in the world would buy something like that?"

Well, I was looking for another baby monitor online...searching out reviews....seeing what Consumer Reports had to say, etc., when I ran across this.....

The Ritmo Sound System Pregnancy Band

It is "the most advanced and complete system for delivering quality and safe sound to prenatal listeners. Ritmo allows you and your baby to share the sensory and emotional experience of bonding through sound and music."

Yeah....And what would people say (particularly my husband whom always has a way with words) when they see me wearing this contraption.

Seriously?  What tree-huggin'-hippie-mama wears this?!?!?

Another Sonogram

We had another sonogram last Tuesday.  Everything went well.  Baby is still a girl (Chad was 'thrilled.'  He got to paint a room pink.)  And she is in the 51%ile and is growing well.  Here are some pictures.

Obviously these pictures aren't as good as the first ones, but that's because there's....

NO MORE ROOM AT THE INN!!!!!

I say 2 more weeks before someone, ahem Chad, will be putting on my socks.

Does this Make Us Mexican?

We love guacamole at our house.

It used to be a weekly staple, but then avocados got to be more than a dollar each.

Well, it must be avocado season again......

Josh loves it.  He'll even eat it by the spoonful!  Lately, I've been getting him to try to eat it "like a big boy" (we're prepping him for the new baby even if he doesn't realize it) and eat it with chips.

And here we are....praising Mommy for the good guacamole!

Ole!

Happy Boy

Here are just a few 'cheesy' shots I took in the bath.

He's really learned how to ham it up for the camera!

And....he knows hwo to work Mommy.  The other day we were at the "shopping store" and I was trying to get a new shade of nail polish.  Hey-it's a cheap and easy way to make a girl feel better.  He talked me into his favorite color purple.  At least he didn't ask for orange!

In this next picture, we've learned to "ssshhhhh"
and he loves doing it.

He's such a cutie!
